Each of the founding partners brings unique talents and skills to the table. Each has an area of passion but all work together to produce a viable, unique and valuable content that will help people develop themselves.
We also have a range of Associates that we can call on for specific projects or areas of expertise.
Leadership Development Director
For a quarter of a century, Paul has researched effective organisations and the people that lead them. He studies trends in business and identifies what makes successful organisations and the ways business will need to operate in the future.
The results of his personal study into effective Leaders has been used and quoted in articles all over the world. As a result of his work he has been voted 12th in the Top 30 Most Influential Leadership Gurus in the World for three consecutive years, and in 2010 has been included in the list for the top 100 Management Gurus of all time.
Clients call on Paul because of his ability to explain things in a simple and uncomplicated way. His global perspective combined with personal research means he gives practical ideas that people can actually use to raise their ability to manage and lead as well as get the best out of their people.
Born in Zimbabwe, he moved to United Kingdom and more recently he has moved to Canada. With his entrepreneurial spirit he has set up a number of businesses and currenlty sits on some International Advisory Boards as well as being a Non Executive Director for certain companies. He is also acts as an Advisor, Executive Coach and Moderator for select clients.
Paul is a Fellow of the Institute for Business Consultants, and is currently on the Faculty for Duke University and of the Institute for Management Studies. He is also a Certified Speaking Professional, Member of the Canadian Journalist Association, Fellow of the Professional Speaker Association, NLP Practitioner, and has an Advance Diploma in Sales and Marketing with the University of Zimbabwe.

He has worked with executive teams, individuals, entrepreneurs and business owners across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the United States. He won’t just ‘tell’ you the principles of the topic without helping you put them into action. His coaching methods and follow-up advice help you and your team apply life and business changing principles to their everyday behaviour for long term success and goal fulfillment.
Lindsay is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and holds many management and training accreditations which he uses in his presentations and work with a diverse range of clients.
With over twenty years of experience, Lindsay provides Human Resource solutions to help create high performance teams and maximise your organisation’s People Power! His unique style provides the tools to assist you to retain, retrain and relate to staff, and focus on leadership, teamwork, sales and achievement.
Lindsay was the 2009/2010 International President of the Global Speakers Federation and the 2006/2007 National President of the National Speakers Association of Australia (NSAA). He holds the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation with that organisation. CSP is the highest member designation of NSAA and the only internationally recognised designation for professional speakers. This designation guarantees that you receive a professional presentation every time.
In 2009 Lindsay was awarded the Nevin Award, the NSAA’s highest honour and most cherished award and in March 2013 Lindsay was awarded a Membership for Life of the National Speakers Association of Australia in recognition of his service to the industry both locally and Internationally.
Ruth started her career in the Civil Service where she was, after a stint on the front line within the Benefit Service promoted to work on the development of competency based qualifications, enterprise provision and business support initiatives.
This led to her having the opportunity to influence the design and delivery model for Investors in People, being involved with the first organisation to gain the Standard and the establishment of the first IIP assessment and accreditation centre Assessment East Midlands.
Following a successful few years leading the team delivering Investors in People on behalf of Southern Derbyshire Training and Enterprise, Ruth became CEO of Derby Regional Management Centre (DRMC); a company limited by guarantee. Owned by a joint venture between the University of Derby and the Southern Derbyshire Chamber of Commerce, DRMC was established with the purpose of supporting adults back into education or training.
To support DRMC meet its aspirations, Ruth established Blackbrook House Management Training and Conference Centre Ltd, taking it from its initial concept to a £1.5m turnover business with 22 employees and centre approval to deliver CIPD, City & Guilds, TDLB, NEBS Management (ILM), OCR & University of Leicester qualifications.
In recognition for her achievements with Blackbrook House, Ruth was asked to join the senior team of Southern Derbyshire Chamber of Commerce Training and Enterprise; a £20million turnover organisation with a £17million Government contract for the delivery of youth and adult training programmes and business support provision. Amongst other achievements, during this time she had strategic management responsibility of a joint TEC / FE College / Private Sector £5million ESF funded project, worked with the Board of Business Link and Derby and Derbyshire Enterprise Agency on partnership working / the development of consultancy services etc. across the area while acting as a non-executive Director of two trading subsidiaries and maintaining full P + L responsibilities for Blackbrook House.
On leaving the Chamber of Commerce Ruth established The Regan Consulting Practice Ltd where she has had the opportunity to become engaged in a wide and varied range of projects including:
- Developing the Internal Champion programme for the matrix Standard
- Designing bespoke leadership development programmes
- Completing employee engagement surveys / training programmes
- Assessing and Quality Assuring Business Advisors against SFEDI / ILM standards
- Acting as ILM Internal Verifier for a range of level 5 and level 7 programmes
- Delivering a range of business start-up workshops on behalf of the Business Link Start Up Service
- Advising and assessing organisations against the Investors in People Standard and Framework
- Acting as lead Assessor for the Merlin Standard
- Developing an Appreciative Inquiry approach to organisational development and assessment
David is the proverbial geek who loves technology, design combined with a passion for photography and videography. He graduated with a degree in Sports Science from the University of Lincoln but chose to pursue his career in areas where his passion lies.
He gained his teaching qualification in 2011 and currently teaches Social Media for small businesses as well as a course in Photography for the local college. He is a keen learner and brings a valuable insight into his generation’s perspective on life, business and learning.
